Prior to joining Lang Richert & Patch, Daniel was a litigation associate in the Washington DC office of an international law firm, representing corporations and individuals in connection with all aspects of complex litigation practice including general commercial disputes, bankruptcy, environmental law, white collar criminal defense, and government investigations. He has had extensive involvement in a variety of high profile matters including the criminal prosecution of a standing United States Senator, the white collar internal investigation of Brazil’s largest mining company in connection with a major environmental disaster, a bankruptcy adversary proceeding on behalf of the liquidators of a United Kingdom telecom company, and a complex environmental litigation in New Jersey involving Argentina’s largest oil and gas company.

At Lang Richert & Patch, Daniel’s practice focuses on employment law and general commercial litigation. He is admitted to practice before all California state courts, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California, and the District of Columbia.
