    Admitted to practice in California January, 1962. Practiced as associate at Thomas, Snell, Jamison, Russell & Asperger until October of 1962 when associated with Philip C. Fullerton, co-founder of the firm. Admitted to practice before United States District Courts all districts of California, United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, United States Tax Court and United States Supreme Court.

    Emphasis on Debtor-Creditor, Insolvency, Reorganizations and Secured Transactions since approximately 1965. Practice limited to these and related business areas for the past 20 years. Practice includes representation of production and asset based lenders in workouts and reorganizations and representation of various parties including committees, trustees, secured and unsecured creditors and debtors in reorganization cases.
