Experience

  • Extensive experience in commercial litigation with emphasis on the representation of institutional creditors in both bankruptcy and federal and state court litigation. Also represented parties in litigation, including contractual disputes, crop damage cases, construction disputes for both private and public works and business tort litigation.
  • Alternative Dispute Resolution Experience: On the Panel of Arbitrators for Attorney Fee Dispute Arbitrations. Also member of the Early Neutral Evaluation Panel for the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California and a panel Bankruptcy Alternative Dispute Advocate. A construction and commercial arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association. Served as arbitrator in various bankruptcy proceedings and other disputes.
