Engaged by winery and farming corporation to represent its principals in a dispute with the Federal Government in Federal District Court, as well as related State Court actions.
Engaged by large general contractor to represent the corporation to verdict in one of the largest construction litigation matters of its time in the Central Valley. This case involved multiple corporations as well as the State of California.
