  • Ms. Salisch has more than 30 years of experience handling both complex litigation matters and complex business transactions. Ms. Salisch’s background has been in the areas of construction, finance, real estate, and business organizations. She has handled multi-million dollar real estate sales transactions, complicated real estate exchange transactions, and business sales transactions, including corporate mergers and acquisitions, and securities work relating to the financing of new businesses. She has represented developers, contractors, lenders, and individuals in real estate, financial, loan documentation, loan workouts, land use, construction, and business transactions and in litigation relating to these practice areas.
