Biography

Mr. McLaughlin has over 25 years of experience representing clients in complex litigation matters in state and federal courts. He is a Board Certified Civil Trial Advocate and has successfully tried over 50 jury trials. He has received the highest peer review rating (AV) and, for the past 8 years, he has been voted a Northern California ‘Super Lawyer’ (representing the top 5% of lawyers in Northern California).

Mr. McLaughlin’s clients range from large, multi-national Fortune 500 companies to local businesses. He is occasionally retained by other law firms as an expert witness or to assist on matters within his expertise.
