Fresno Attorneys receive 2012 Super Lawyer and Rising Star Honors

Lang, Richert & Patch is proud to recognize its 2012 recipients of the Super Lawyer and Rising Star awards. Every year, the San Francisco-based publication Law and Politics honors outstanding lawyers across seventy practice areas who have attained a high level of professional achievement and peer recognition. The Super Lawyer honors are bestowed upon attorneys only after a multi-phased process that includes nomination and evaluation by peers as well as research by an independent source. Only top up-and-coming attorneys in the state who are 40 years old or younger, or who have been practicing for ten years or less, and who are peer nominated and reviewed can achieve Rising Star honors. These awards are a prestigious honor for those who receive them, as only 5 percent of lawyers in each state are named Super Lawyers and no more than 2.5 percent attain Rising Star status.

Lang, Richert & Patch has developed an outstanding reputation in the community for superior legal services and outstanding advocacy. For several years, Lang, Richert & Patch has been named a “Firm of Distinction” by Martindale-Hubbell, the highest honor bestowed by the organization. It is no wonder that the firm has achieved this distinction; with seven attorneys earning the title of Super Lawyer and two more earning the honor of Rising Star in 2012 alone, nearly all of Lang, Richert & Patch’s practice areas are led by attorneys who are recognized as some of the best in the state.

Lang, Richert & Patch would like to congratulate its 2012 Super Lawyers: personal injury specialist Robert L. Patch II; bankruptcy and creditor/debtor’s rights advocate Rene Lastreto II; employment and labor law advocate Charles T. Taylor; construction litigation attorney Mark L. Creede; construction and business litigation and bankruptcy specialist Matthew W. Quall; business litigation attorney Scott J. Ivy; and business litigation attorney William T. McLaughlin II.

Lang, Richert & Patch is also proud to be the home of two recipients of the 2012 Rising Star award: bankruptcy and creditor/debtor rights attorney Craig B. Fry; and business litigation and employment law advocate Ana de Alba.

Lang, Richert & Patch congratulates these nine honorees each of whom embodies the highest degree of skill and knowledge in their practice areas.
