Caswell, Bell & Hillison is a long standing firm with an excellent reputation in the legal community. G. Thomas Caswell, Jr. and James M. Bell founded Caswell, Bell & Hillison in 1980. Joining Lang, Richert & Patch effective April 1, 2015, are attorneys James M. Bell, Robert K. Hillison, David A. Roberts, Kimberly L. Mayhew, Darlene Azevedo Kelly, and Robert E. Bergin.

James M. Bell, a certified taxation law specialist, has been practicing law for 49 years in the areas of taxation, real estate, estate planning, and business transactions. Robert K. Hillison has been an attorney for 51 years and his practice includes business litigation, real estate litigation, construction litigation, and real estate development. David A. Roberts, an attorney with 36 years’ experience, practices civil litigation, business litigation, real estate and construction litigation, agricultural law, foreclosures, and commercial evictions. Kimberly L. Mayhew, an attorney with 17 years of experience, practices in the areas of real estate litigation, civil litigation, business litigation, civil appeals, probate litigation, and ADA accessibility defense. Darlene Azevedo Kelly, certified specialist in civil appellate law, has been practicing law for 39 years and her practice areas include estate planning, probate, and appellate law. Robert E. Bergin has been an attorney for 41 years and his practice areas include business law, business taxation, corporate law, partnership law, and trusts and estates.
